Individuals
Money has left your account. Here is what still works.
Within hours the money is split across mule accounts; within days it is cash. What helps is a correct 1930 complaint, a bank dispute that quotes the right RBI rule, and someone who keeps chasing after the first week.
- Same-day review of what has been filed and what has not
- Bank dispute letter under RBI's limited-liability circular
- Ombudsman escalation when the bank stalls at 30 days
- Court application guidance for release of frozen funds
Free first call. Fixed fee agreed before any work; no percentage of recovery, ever.

Signs this is what happened to you
- A debit you did not make, or one you made under pressure from a caller
- OTPs arrived and money moved while you were on a "bank" or "police" call
- A refund, KYC or electricity link you tapped before the debit
- You installed an app at a caller's request shortly before the loss
- A trading or task app stopped allowing withdrawals
What is included
Case review and action plan
We read what you have, check what was filed on 1930 and the portal, and list every step still open with a deadline for each.
Portal and 1930 complaint
Filed or corrected so the receiving accounts are named precisely and the freeze request reaches every bank in the chain.
Bank dispute under RBI rules
A written dispute citing the 2017 limited-liability circular, the reporting timeline and the facts that put you in the zero-liability category.
Evidence sheet
Screenshots, transaction IDs, numbers and timings organised the way a cyber cell and a bank investigation team expect them.
Regulator escalation
RBI Integrated Ombudsman complaint after 30 days; NPCI dispute escalation; SEBI SCORES where a fake trading platform is involved.
Frozen-funds release guidance
What to file before the magistrate once the police confirm a lien, and what documents the court expects.
How we work
Call or message us
Tell us when, how much, where the money went and what you have already done. If a step is time-critical we tell you immediately.
Action plan within one working day
A written list of what we will file, what you need to sign or send, and what each step can realistically achieve.
Filings and follow-up
We prepare every document, you submit or we submit with your authorisation, and we chase acknowledgements and responses.
Closure note
When every avenue has run its course, you get a written summary of what was done and the outcome, useful for insurers and tax records.
What you walk away with
- A complete, correctly filed set of complaints with reference numbers
- A bank dispute that cannot be dismissed as "customer-induced" without a written reason
- Clear knowledge of what has been frozen and what has not
- No second scam: you will know what a legitimate follow-up looks like
What we do not do
We would rather lose an enquiry than mislead you.
- We do not guarantee recovery of any amount
- We do not take a percentage of recovered funds
- We do not "hack back" or trace accounts privately; tracing is a police function
Frequently asked questions
Is it too late if the fraud was a week ago?
For freezing money, mostly yes. For the bank dispute, the Ombudsman route and a loan or liability in your name, no. We will tell you honestly which steps still have value.
Do you charge a percentage of what is recovered?
No. Fixed fee, agreed in advance. Percentage arrangements are how fake recovery agents operate and we will not resemble them.
Can you talk to my bank for me?
We draft and you sign; with a written authorisation we can follow up with the bank's nodal officer on your behalf.
What if the police are not responding?
We draft the escalation to the Superintendent of Police or Commissioner and, if needed, the application before the magistrate under BNSS. Most cases move once the paperwork is correct.
Tell us what happened
Dates, amounts, the UPI ID or account the money went to, and what you have already filed. We reply within one working day; call if it happened today.
