Individuals
Someone is being you. Here is how to take it back.
Identity theft rarely ends with one loss. A swapped SIM leads to bank OTPs, a leaked Aadhaar copy leads to a loan or a SIM, and a PAN used by someone else shows up as tax notices a year later. We work through each exposure, dispute what is not yours in writing, and set up the checks that catch the next attempt.
- TAFCOP, credit report and Aadhaar history checks on day one
- Loan and account disputes with lenders and all four credit bureaus
- UIDAI biometric lock, virtual ID and PAN-Aadhaar misuse reporting
- Police complaint and telecom escalation for SIM swap and KYC fraud
Free first call. Fixed fee for the full response, agreed before work; bureau disputes and follow-ups included in the fee.

Signs this is what happened to you
- Your phone lost network for no reason and bank OTPs started arriving on someone else's SIM
- A lender, collection agent or bureau alert mentions a loan or card you never applied for
- TAFCOP shows mobile numbers registered on your ID that you do not use
- Income-tax notices refer to transactions, GST registrations or TDS you do not recognise
- A courier, hotel or shop has a copy of your Aadhaar that you believe leaked
- A fraudster quoted your Aadhaar, PAN or account number to you on a call
What is included
Exposure check
TAFCOP for SIMs on your identity, credit reports from all four bureaus for enquiries and accounts, Aadhaar authentication history on UIDAI, and the income-tax portal for unfamiliar activity.
SIM swap response
Complaint to the telecom operator's nodal officer with the timeline, DoT and Sanchar Saathi reporting, deactivation of unauthorised SIMs, and the bank dispute for any transactions during the swap window.
Loan and account disputes
Written disputes to each lender citing the fraudulent application, requests for the KYC documents used, and bureau disputes so the account is marked disputed and then removed.
Aadhaar and PAN protection
Biometric lock and Virtual ID on UIDAI, masked Aadhaar for everyday use, PAN misuse reporting to the income-tax department, and a check of e-KYC consents.
Police complaint
A cybercrime.gov.in complaint under IT Act section 66C and the BNS cheating provisions, with the evidence sheet lenders and bureaus will ask you for.
Ongoing monitoring setup
Bureau alerts, bank and UPI alerts, and a quarterly self-check list so new misuse is caught in weeks, not years.
How we work
Find every exposure
We run the checks with you on a call, so you see the results yourself, and list every number, account and document that needs action.
Stop the bleeding
Unauthorised SIMs deactivated, biometrics locked, bank and UPI secured, and lenders notified in writing that the application was fraudulent.
Dispute and document
Bureau disputes, lender disputes and the police complaint filed, with every reference number recorded. We chase the 30-day bureau timelines.
Verify and close
Fresh credit reports pulled to confirm removal, a closure note, and a monitoring routine you can follow without us.
What you walk away with
- A complete list of what was done in your name and where
- Disputes on record with lenders, bureaus and the telecom operator
- Aadhaar and PAN locked down so the leaked copy is far less useful
- A record you can hand to any lender, tax officer or court that asks later
What we do not do
We would rather lose an enquiry than mislead you.
- We cannot promise a lender or bureau will remove an entry; we can make sure the dispute is complete and escalated
- We do not trace who used your identity; that is for the police after the complaint
- We do not handle tax filings, though we will brief your CA on the misuse
Frequently asked questions
My phone showed "no service" and by the time I got a new SIM, money had gone. Who is liable?
The RBI limited-liability circular applies to the bank transactions; reporting within three working days matters. The telecom operator issued a duplicate SIM on documents it should have verified, which is the basis of the complaint to its nodal officer and to DoT. We file both and keep them consistent.
A collection agent is calling about a loan I never took. Should I pay to make it stop?
No. Write to the lender disputing the loan, ask for the application and KYC documents, and file the police complaint; send the lender the acknowledgement. Then dispute the account at each bureau. Paying any amount can be read as accepting the debt.
What does locking Aadhaar biometrics actually prevent?
It stops fingerprint and iris authentication, which is how Aadhaar-enabled payment (AePS) withdrawals and some e-KYC verifications are done without you present. It does not affect OTP-based use by you. We also set up a Virtual ID so you can stop sharing the real number.
How long does a credit bureau dispute take?
Bureaus are expected to resolve within 30 days of receiving the dispute, usually by checking with the lender. If the lender does not confirm fraud, the entry can stay. That is why the lender dispute and the police complaint come first; we track all three together.
Is TAFCOP reliable?
It shows the mobile connections registered against your identity in operator records, which is what you need to find SIMs you did not take. It can miss connections registered on a slightly different name or document. We treat it as a start and add the operator-level check.
What have you found so far?
Tell us what tipped you off, which documents you think leaked, and whether money or a loan is involved. We reply within one working day and start with the checks that cost nothing.
