Individuals
Evidence that survives the first objection.
Electronic records are admissible in Indian courts only with the certificate required by section 63 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam 2023 (the successor to section 65B of the Evidence Act), and they are persuasive only if someone has shown what they prove. We collect material with a documented chain of custody, analyse it, and write a report and certificate your lawyer can file and a judge can follow.
- Forensically sound collection from phones, email accounts and cloud services
- Section 63 BSA certificates in the form courts expect
- Email header, metadata and chat-export analysis with findings in plain language
- A report that works for a police complaint, a civil suit, a domestic matter or an employer inquiry
Fixed fee per matter based on the volume of material; quoted after a short review. Court appearance, where required, charged separately.

Signs this is what happened to you
- A lawyer or police officer has told you your screenshots are not enough
- You need to prove who sent an email, when a message was received or that a document was altered
- A chat, call recording or video is central to a case and you are not sure how to produce it
- You are facing a false allegation and need to show what your own records contain
- An employer, school or society inquiry needs an independent record of what happened online
- You want evidence preserved now in case you decide to file later
What is included
Collection
Exports from WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Gmail and other services with hash values recorded, device screenshots and screen recordings taken in a documented way, and a chain-of-custody log from the first copy.
Analysis
Email headers and authentication results, file and image metadata, timestamps across time zones, signs of editing in screenshots or recordings, and account and number attribution from the material itself.
Section 63 BSA certificate
The certificate and the accompanying statement identifying the device, the process and the person responsible, prepared with your lawyer so it matches the filing.
Written report
What the material is, how it was obtained, what it shows and what it does not, with exhibits numbered and indexed for filing.
Preservation requests
Draft requests to platforms and service providers to preserve logs and account data pending a police or court request, where that is needed.
Testimony support
Where the report is challenged, preparation for cross-examination and attendance as a witness by arrangement.
How we work
Review
What the material is, where it lives and what you need to prove. We say what is likely to help and what is not before quoting.
Collect
Exports and captures done with you, logged and hashed. Original devices are not retained unless imaging is specifically needed and agreed.
Analyse and write
Findings written for a non-technical reader, every conclusion tied to an exhibit.
Deliver
Report, certificate and exhibits provided to you and your lawyer in filing-ready form, with the working files preserved for an agreed period.
What you walk away with
- Evidence collected and documented so that admissibility objections are harder to sustain
- A certificate under section 63 BSA matched to the actual material filed
- A plain-language account of what the records prove, usable by your lawyer and the police
- Original material preserved against loss or tampering claims
What we do not do
We would rather lose an enquiry than mislead you.
- We do not give legal opinions or appear as your advocate; we work with your lawyer
- We do not access anyone else's device or account; only material you lawfully hold or that is produced to you
- We cannot guarantee a court will admit or rely on any evidence
Frequently asked questions
What is the section 63 certificate, and who signs it?
Section 63 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam 2023 requires a certificate for electronic records produced in court, identifying the record, the device and the process, signed by the person in charge of the device or process and, where applicable, an expert. We prepare it with your lawyer so the signatory, the device and the exhibits all line up.
Are WhatsApp screenshots admissible?
They can be, with the certificate and a credible account of how they were taken. They are stronger when supported by a chat export with hash values, the phone's own records and context such as call logs. We produce all of these together rather than relying on a single screenshot.
Can you prove an email was sent by a particular person?
Headers can show the sending server, the authentication results and often the originating service and timing, which identifies the account and sometimes the infrastructure. Linking that to a named person usually requires provider records obtained by the police or a court order. We say clearly where the technical evidence ends.
I have an old case where the evidence was collected casually. Can it be fixed?
Partly. We can re-collect what still exists in the original accounts in a documented way, analyse it and certify the new collection. What has been deleted cannot be recreated, and we will not backdate or certify material we did not handle.
